All of our technicians are A+ certified and have or are currently working on there MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). All technicians are up to date on all current IT issues, new software/hardware updates and upgrades including all areas of the anti-virus world. We are also now partnered up with licensed electricians with over 20 years of experience. Once we start a job it is not complete until you are happy. If a technician should leave your home or ends an internet session and the issue arises again there will be no charge to have it fixed a second time.
